Reply to All will address only the sender, and leave off all other addressess. This is true whether or not the other recipients are cc'd. This is a consistant bug, and we've had it since M2 (we're on M3 now). It happens both when replying from the list, and when responding to an open item. Any ideas...

Upgraded existing user and that got me into the console, so thanks for that. Upon further review, it seems that authentication for the admin's domain was switched to external AD (which is in fact the correct setting for a second domain). Upgraded to M2 and all seemed to go smoothly, but now I can no longer authenticate the admin account :eek: This is true of both the standard login and the admin console.
