Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
I have a user with the latest outlook connector. They are trying to send a message with a few small word attachments to one user within their domain and one user outside. Anti/virus has been disabled on the machine. The items do not show up in the sent items folder and this message is received back:...

Why is Zimbra SLOW?
I keep getting messages like these from the users: what I did notice was that Zimbra is slow..I go in and it says the server is slow..cancel request.. that's a little frustrating..I tried working off of Zimbra to test it today and I had to exit because the screen fades and it goes into zone out mode...

How to remove duplicates?
After importing a bunch of boxes, I am finding duplicate contacts, messages and even calendar entries. Is there an easy way to remove duplicates in user boxes?

send to local SMTP server?
I have two offices using zimbra. They each connect to zimbra via outlook connector over DSL lines. With all the large attachments they send, it's just s-l-o-w. Is there a way to configure the outlook connector to send to an internal SMTP server, which could relay to the zimbra server?

would it be difficult to configure the local outlook clients to all send to a local smtp server, which could forward it to zimbra? this would help with the delay to send large files.
I'm getting those logs now...thank you
