fatal: Connect to the Postfix showq service: Permission denied

Hi Folks, Apologies for not replying to this thread. I eventually sought out expert help for this, and got it sorted. I hope this info helps out others. It turns out it was a broken Debian upgrade that caused all the problems, once the expert had fixed the upgrade and broken packages/dependencies, i...

Hi All, Pulling my hair out here, really need some help with this one. Upgraded my debian 5 (32-bit) box to 6.0.14 from 5.0.18, in preparation for a move to a new 64-bit server. [SOLVED] Moving mailboxes to second mailbox server

Okay folks, I've solved this for me, and am putting the steps I used in here for other users who want to do the same. 1. Provision second server with same version of Zimbra on your main server, with the following items to install. (Please follow directions in multi-server guide also, i.e. make sure ...

[SOLVED] Moving mailboxes to second mailbox server

Thanks for that,
Yes I have tried it, but, as the mailbox server is part of my mail domain, I cannot create the account on the new mailbox server, as it already exists on the main server. This is where my confusion was getting me to!
It had looked so simple at first glance!
Many thanks

[SOLVED] Moving mailboxes to second mailbox server

All, Running 5.0.18 OS here, 1 main server, 1 new mailbox only server. Is it possible to move mailboxes from the main(original) to the new mailbox server with the FOSS version? I've tried the zcs to zcs migration, but the import is not showing up. The logs dont show anything useful. Do I have to del...

Turn off "Last Sync" ToolTip over account list?

Hi Folks, I was wondering if it is possible to turn off the "last sync" tooltip over the account list on the left hand pane of Zimbra Desktop? I'm on RC3 (1537). I have several accounts, and the tooltip sometimes gets in the way of quickly clicking between them. It is mildly annoying :-) A...

zmlogprocess - "Out of memory!"

Thanks Bill,
I'll upgrade at the weekend. zmlogprocess hosed the machine trying to clear out the logger db, so I just deleted them and started it from scratch, using the instructions from King0770-Notes.

zmlogprocess - "Out of memory!"

Well, I've let it finish, it finished shortly after it gave the out of memory error. The following processes are still running. ============= faraday:/opt/zimbra# ps -ef | grep zmlogprocess zimbra 30243 30238 0 16:51 ? 00:00:00 /bin/sh -c /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogprocess > /tmp/logprocess.out 2>&...
