Thanks, Mark. I'll give that a try.

Re: Upgrade 8.8.8/Ubuntu 16 to 8.8.15P2/Ubuntu 18 failed
After tracing zmprov, I figured out where the classpath was being constructed and found multiple versions of the guava jar files: -r--r--r-- 1 root root 2614157 Feb 28 2017 /opt/zimbra/lib/jars/guava-23.0.jar # This IS in the classpath. -r--r--r-- 1 root root 1891043 Mar 22 2018 /opt/zimbra/lib/jars...

Simple zmprov commands throw the same error: zimbra@email:~$ zmprov -l gaa Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.google.common.io.Closeables.closeQuietly(Ljava/io/InputStream;)V at com.zimbra.common.soap.W3cDomUtil.parseXMLToDoc(W3cDomUtil.java:323) at com.zimbra.comm...

Re: Zimbra for Ubuntu 18.04 ?
I'll speculate that we will never see (nor is there a need for IMHO) Ubuntu 18.04 binaries of Zimbra 8.8.x. Why? Because Ubuntu 16.04 is supported for a few months longer than ZCS 8.8. Both end of life around the same time. All the best, Mark Thank you, Mark. I'll stop stressing about upgrading Ubu...

Using Zimbra shared folders to simulate "discussion forums"

Using Zimbra shared folders to simulate "discussion forums"
FYI, after upgrading to Zimbra Release 7.1.1_GA_3196.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition on Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS, I applied the previously-mentioned change to postfix_header_checks.in and replies to distribution lists go to the DL and not the sender, as expected.

Using Zimbra shared folders to simulate "discussion forums"
Per http://www.zimbra.com/forums/administrators/32949-solved-headerchecks.html, from fnetmohan's post: "Admin Console -> Global Settings -> Attachments tab -> Send blocked extension notification to recipient. After disabling this settings now header checks is working fine." This worked for...
