This was resolved. The upgrade made the mobile access zimlet corrupted. Uninstall/reinstall and fixed.

After we upgraded to 8.7.11 from 8.7.6 all our active sync users started calling in. Everyones mobile access was disabled. I don't need account to be created. Just forwarded on to our smtp server if account doesn't exist on server. Just like split domain does but I need it to be a catch all.

I am now going to tell you we are using NE. Full backup is 2 TB. I was hoping there may be a way just to retrieve the log files/folder.
