403 error on Zimbra's new Touch interface.
I found the issue. It was related to an old /opt/zimbra/jetty/etc/zimbra.web.xml.in, this was in place due to our CAS mods. The file didnt get properly updated with our 8.6 upgrade, and the welcome page for touch was missing (along with a few other things).

403 error on Zimbra's new Touch interface.
I recently updated from ZCS 8.0.6 to 8.6.0P3. Now all of my users, when attempting to hit webmail via their mobile browser, get a 403 forbidden on /zimbra/t. If i hit /zimbra/m directly, they get the old mobile interface. I cant seem to turn off touch, nor get this 403 error out of the way. Anyo...

Logout URL VS Session timeout logout url.
We have Single-sign-on in front of webmail for our zimbra. So, our domains login and logout urls are both set to our SSO login and logout url. This is fine, if someone presses the logout button in webmail, it takes them to the SSO logout, and kills their SSO session. Good to go. The problem is, if a...

cbpolicyd gone haywire after 7.2.2 to 8.0.4 upgrade.
That does appear to have fixed it in dev. My own fault for making assumptions. I'll have to look at this in prod, maybe just reset cbpolicyd's database and see what happens.
Thanks!
Thanks!

cbpolicyd gone haywire after 7.2.2 to 8.0.4 upgrade.
well crap, you seem to be right.. Let me fix mynetworks and see if that helps. I'm having the same problem in production, and its definitely _not_ a mynetworks problem, as disabling cbpolicyd fixed it in production. I dont want to leave it off though, as its there to help prevent outbound spam outbr...

cbpolicyd gone haywire after 7.2.2 to 8.0.4 upgrade.
I just deleted the policyd database, and let it generate a new one. Its doing the exact same thing, rejecting all mail.

Change default theme for all users via command line?
Regardless of why, they're the admin, let them badger their users all they'd like. We did this when we went to zimbra 8. We implemented a custom theme to go along with the 8 upgrade. So we moved everyone who was using the old default, over to our custom theme. leaving those who had changed away from...

cbpolicyd gone haywire after 7.2.2 to 8.0.4 upgrade.
I've had cbpolicyd enabled on zimbra for some time. We use it to limit outbound mail, to try to stop spammers from using compromised accounts to sent thousands of junk messages per minute (getting us blacklisted, quickly). We set it up on zimbra 7.2.2, and about a month later upgraded to 8.0.4. I ha...

Undoing a zmmboxmove?
Like I mentioned in another thread, we were able to successfully migrate accounts of a mailbox with HSM to mailboxes without HSM using the older zmmailboxmove command. That was the advice we received from Zimbra support and we've done thousands of migrations in the past...

Undoing a zmmboxmove?
Thanks. I guess I still don't trust zmmboxmove to do the right things when HSM is involved. Maybe in 7.2.5?
It doesnt. We wanted to move away from HSM with our migration, but couldnt because of the HSM bug. So we ended up creating HSM volumes on the new stores f...
