Hi. I can confirm the problem, it takes ages to load the web client (firefox 5.1, IE 8.0). Server load is close to nothing, so I have no clue what the problem might be.

So seems like I have found the problem. The Surname of the user I was testing against contains special East European characters (š,č). If I rename the account to get rid of them, ZCO setup works.
