Thanks for your input; but thats not exactly what i need.
I simply want to be able to copy/move subfolders within the Folder Structure (under "Mail" Tab) of a Public Folder (in "Mail" Section not in "Files" Section).

Is it by design that it's not possible to copy/move a folder/subfolder within a Public Folder/Share structure or am i missing something? Even when i share the public folder structure in "Admin" Role (instead of "Manager" Role) it doesnt work.

In the Admin Console "Configure" -> "Global Settings" -> "MTA"
you can set it under "Relay MTA for external delivery: ...."
