Re: sender canonical mapping
Hi, to get a config value use "zmprov gcf": zmprov gcf zimbraMtaSenderCanonicalMaps Write down the current value of zimbraMtaSenderCanonicalMaps before changing it, then in the future you will be able to revert to the original value using "zmprov gcf". Take also a look at zmprov ...

Re: Patch 8.8.15 Patch 45 GA Release - share your experience
Good morning Can you tell me step by step how to delete/hide a 'Chats' ? Indeed. It looks like Zimbra Chat functionality has been removed , removing also this line from webmail client code: ghen, Thanks for debugging! I patched the files you adressed, but the 'Chats' folder remains. However patchin...

Where to save Zimbra Network backups
Hi everybody, I am planning a migration to Zimbra 10 Network Edition. My VPS provider has only VMs with single disks and with fixed disk size, so I am trying to figure out where to put Zimbra backups, since I can not add a secondary disk to use as backup repository. With Zimbra 9 I used S3 storage, ...

I don't think that is necessarily correct. On a Rocky Linux 8 system - performing an in-place from 8.8.15_P43 to 10.0.5 I see the installer stating multiple packages will be downloaded and installed regardless of my selecting "n" to the "Use Zimbra's package repository [Y]" ques...

Re: Patch Zimbra v9 (Kepler) and v10 (Daffodil) FOSS : apt/yum or build prep + upgrade in place?
Whilst Zimbra OSE/FOSS does ask during installation if you wish to use Zimbra repos, that are then later created in the appropriate directory depending on the distro you are using (read: /etc/apt/ or /etc/yum.repos.d) as far as I am aware no updates come through this anymore from Zimbra's side. I c...

Increase in Zimbra -related phishing messages
Hi everybody, in the last few months we noticed a rapid increase in Zimbra-related phishing messages received by our users (e.g. "your mailbox is almost full: click here to increase space"; "login page will change soon, click here to keep access") often sent by compromised server...
