Can you please capture /var/log/zimbra.log file error during restarting zimbra services (# zmcontrol restart)
and send us Error text file.

Your are using FOSS edition of ZCS : 7.0.1_GA_3105.RHEL5_64_20110304210645 CentOS6_64 FOSS edition rite.

Do you have any backup planing for it before upgrading from ZCS-7 to ZCS-8. (8.0.7 Latest version)
For safer side you always have "backup copy" before upgrading.

It will change Admin Console "Link" in Web GUI , Hope it gives you an idea.
