Finally i found a solution: I create zcs-acl.ldif with next content dn: olcDatabase={2}mdb,cn=config changetype: Modify add: olcAccess olcAccess: to attrs=zimbraAccountStatus by dn.base="uid=binduser,ou=people,dc=domain,dc=com" read and import it to ldap via /opt/zimbra/openldap/bin/ldapmo...
