ldap and mta appear not work in console
This due to the misconfiguration of snmp setting while configuring zimbra servers. .
Snmp name need to be same while configuring zimbra nodes..
On admin console it's showing as down but when you check in console using zmcontrol status on nodes its working as accepted. .

Its because of the misconfiguration of snmp.. snmp name need to be same while configuring zimbra servers

What is your hostname, is the hostnames are same at both the servers(on Old server and New server)?
You need to compare both servers /etc/hosts files
