selinux was set with Permissive. After set to Disabled the time is normal.

But ...

1. I don't understand why after many years Zimbra don't set selinux in correct way
2. Why with other users on the system the excecution of the same command is normal

For people interested to the issue. I solved the problem with zmlocalconfig -e zmconfigd_startup_pause=120 In this way zmconfigdctl don't get timeout error and finish his work in correct mode. I already done migration from 8.8.12 FOSS to 8.8.12 NE without problem. The question is on different number version.

I need to upgrade ver 8.8.10 to 8.8.12 Standard (with license).

Is possibile to do the upgrade directly ? Or do I need to upgrade before to the 8.8.12 OSE and after to the 8.8.12 Standard?
