I Just corrected mine with this fix! "Found the issue seems that these pre-installed laptops come with office 365, even when you uninstall it, its still there clicking on the start(windows icon) then going through the programs will reveal one that is just called outlook. Right click on it click...

Problem downloading attachement in Windows 8 mail

DEAR ALL,
WITH ZIMBRA CONFIGURE AS EXCHANGE IN WINDOWS 8/8.1 MAIL PROGRAM, EVERYTHING IS WORKING WEEL EXCEPT DOWNLOADING ATTACHMENT...
NO MATTER WITH FILE FORMAT IS RECEIVED, THERE IS NO WAY TO DOWNLOAD IT.

DID SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO SOLVED THAT PROBLEM ?

ZIMBRA SERVER VERSION IS : 7.2.4
