Hello,

I am in a search of enabling email notification for the deleted email logs in Zimbra. I am using an open source version and please guide me how can I do this.
Basically, I need to have information of those users who are deleting emails from their mailboxes.

Hope you are doing good.

I am using Zimbra 8.7.7_GA free edition.

Suddenly my management has informed us to stop email deletion rights for some particular users or all users.

Please confirm how can I prevent users to do that.

I see nothing in logs as how it stop fetching pop emails

Please suggest in this matter because many time Zimbra does not fetch the emails and everytime I have to restart all services.

This is something archiving system and I am looking for some filter kind of thing where it will auto bcc all emails to a particular account.
