Just installed 10.0.7 on Ubuntu 20.04 with the only "issue" being, that startup of the webclient took longer then normal.
Also, this patch has fixed the ActiveSync bug that prevented the Nine Email client from connecting.

Re: Mobile sync issue with 10.0.1
I just updated to patch 10.0.7
After removing the old ActiveSync Mobile Client per the instructions above, my Nine client connected successfully through ActiveSync.
Thank you team for fixing this bug! It's nice to have mobile email access again.

I upvoted all the feature requests. I could not find ZBUG-3771.
I might add that being able to remove unused devices from the list would be helpful as well.

Re: Mobile sync issue with 10.0.1
Hello Pajari,
Thank you for the detailed response. At this point, I'll wait for the 10.0.7 patch to come out. I'd rather not mess around with Zimbra's database, if I don't have to.
Thanks again,
Daniel

Re: Mobile sync issue with 10.0.1
I just upgraded to 10.0.6 and I still can't connect Nine via activesync to Zimbra. But checking the sync.log I see this message 2023-12-18 21:12:03,220 INFO [qtp1151755506-521:https://mail.n.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?Cmd=Provision&User=joec%40n.com&DeviceId=Nine104E36C03E22&DeviceT...

CLI process to remove activesync devices
Does anyone know if this process is still valid in Zimbra 10.0?
https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Remove_a_m ... _using_CLI
It says it's for Zimbra 8.5 and 8.6 and uses the zmsoap command.
Thanks

New form of spam that uses gmail or outlook.com
Hello Everyone, I am dealing with a new form of spam, and was curious if others are seeing it too? It comes from legitimate gmail or outlook users, so it passes through RBL and DMARC tests. It has no URL's in the body of the email. They also format it, so that it appears to be a reply to you. Someti...

That solution is NOT working for me. I've tried it a dozen times.
