Re: Zimbra physical host crashed, left with NG Backup only
NG backups are operating system and Zimbra version independent. You can build a new Zimbra 9.0.0 server on Ubuntu 20 and run the external restore command against the file tree containing the backups from an 8.8.8 system that ran on RHEL6 for example. Hello, We have been running the following version for several years and today suddenly the server ran into a issue and we are being told it cannot be booted up normally and we have to salvage any data as backup from recovery mode and rebuild the server OS. Re: Routing Emails from internal domain to external domain
Thank you, I will try this out! Should be able to do this with transport maps. Not tested but it would go something like this. Note: put the transport file where you think it makes the most sense for you and call it what you want. Could be in ~zimbra/common/conf with modern versions of Zimbra since ...

7073 port should be closed for internet?
Hi Team, I see some brute force attempts being made to my server through the zimbra soap port 7073, this port is open for internet from my zimbra server, I read wiki article here "https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Security/Collab/87" says saslauthd now listens on 7073 and this port should firew...
