I finally found the solution, so I'm sharing it.
The html code in /opt/zimbra/data/altermime/mydomain.html was written on a continuous line.
When we split that line to several lines (each line has approximately 100 characters) everything worked perfectly.
Strange, but that was it.

as a Zimbra administrator I'd like to find out when (timestamp) a user had read a specific message.
Is this information available, in a log file for example?

Zimbra admin account could read user mailboxes from Zimbra Administration Console.
Is there a way to log that kind of activity, for example which mailbox, access time, from what IP etc?

Hi everybody,
I'd like to export account info to a csv file. Using Zimbra Administration console I get Name, Display Name, Status etc but I also need Description.
Is there a way to do it?
