I am using Zimbra Desktop 7.3.1 Windows 10 I can not get it to Pop up when New email comes in tell me the setup to make it pop up get back to me please

we used Teamviewer you can logged in with Teamviewer when a good time for you to go on Teamviewer to fix it ?
