Re: Stopping zimlet webapp... takes 10-15 minutes

I've also got this problem on 8.8.15P44. I don't quite remember but it also exists on my 10.0.5 test-upgrade. For a very long time, we ran the mail store on NFS - and Zimbra was happily suggesting this may be the cause of the delay. After migrating everything to local storage, nothing changed ;-) S...

Re: Repeating out of office message

I'm assuming that since there are no replies to this question for roughly 10 years, that there's no way to accomplish this?

Re: Stopping zimlet webapp... takes 10-15 minutes

"Stopping zimlet webapp" still takes 10-15 minutes, and this is 8.8.15.P44.

I've had endless discussions with Zimbra support about this, and it seems like it's just not on their list of things to do any time soon.

Since Z8 is EOL this year, I wouldn't hold my breath 8-)

Re: Upgrading from ZImbra 8.5 to 10

That links leads to documentation with links, one of those links is: https://zimbra.github.io/documentation/zimbra-10/NG-SingleNode-In-Place-UpgradeGuide.html Is that the correct procedure for a single node upgrade from 8.8.15 to 10? If you have supported OS for Zimbra-10 and want to use the same h...

Re: Upgrading from ZImbra 8.5 to 10

The migration support was released last month with Daffodil Patch 10.0.5. Please refer to https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_Releases/10.0.5#Migration_Support_for_Daffodil_v10 for more details and documentation updates. Thanks for pointing to the document. We will update the correct content and pr...

Re: Upgrading from ZImbra 8.5 to 10

And there's still no concise, functional and/or documented way to upgrade from a single server 8.8.15 (with latest patches) environment to 10. They've been talking about it for months ... but their official document says: For customers using NG modules on a Single-Node setup, currently we do not sup...

Re: Zimbra Security Update

One system here is a single node NETWORK 8.8.15 on P40. So I'm told I need to follow these instructions, rather than just zimbra-patch: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_Releases/8.8.15/patch_installation So, previously, we needed to go through a really tedious process to do single package install...

Re: Using smtpd_sasl_authenticated_header

The advice I got from Zimbra support was this:

Code: Select all

su - zimbra
zmprov -l ms `zmhostname` zimbraMtaSmtpdSaslAuthenticatedHeader no
zmmtactl restart

Re: Using smtpd_sasl_authenticated_header

Has anyone been able to stop Zimbra from adding the authenticated sender header information?

Every single parameter I check says "no" (or is missing, defaults to "no" AFAIK), yet "Zimbra" seems to add it anyway on outgoing e-mails.

This is Zimbra 8.8.x

Re: Patch P32 consumes all disk space

Right. Will have to check that. Is this before or after "re-applying" (the fixed) P32?
