where to check the log for deleted or closed Distribution list and Users list in zimbra admin console.with date and time?

Is it possible to add signature for our register email by using LDAP service and also hide edit signature option in there mail preferences? Individual Signature for each user by there position in organization. Please share your feedback it will be appreciated and looking forward for working solution...
