We verified that of you log to a certain webmail from admin account GUI using "View mail" button, "Redirect to" action in filters is not available.
Instead if you log directly via webmail, "Redirect to" is available in filters actions.

we have 8.7 NE and many accounts even haven't the option "Redirect to:" ad mentioned by dzilupl.

Is this a bug?

It is seriously bothering us.

We have the same problem, my account has this feature, but my colleague's account hasn't.

Discovered today with Zimbra Support that it is not working so they filled a new bug.
