Performance improvement help
I am working at a company running Zimbra 8.8.9 on CentOS 7 with latest updates. The system had installed 32 GB RAM the first 6 month when Zimbra was installed and then got an upgrade to 48 GB RAM, cause of performance issues with MySQL and Java is eating RAM all the time. After the RAM upgrade we ha...

Re: Displaying always the total amount of mails in folder and not only new mails
Hi Bill,
thank you for your reply.
I know about the mouse-over feature, but we actually need to see it right beside the folder name, same as it does with new mails.

Displaying always the total amount of mails in folder and not only new mails
We are running Zimbra 8.8 for some month now. For one domain installed on the server, we would like to show always the total amount of mails inside the Inbox (or maybe other). In Outlook this can be done quite easy with a single click. How does it work at the Zimbra webclient? I first thought about ...

Re: Auto add CC address to every outgoing mail for selected users?
Thank you for your reply, but I don't think this works for me. We need to add a CC address to specific sound out mails, so that in case the receiver is clicking on Reply All, we can make sure the added CC person is getting the reply, too. With a couple hundred Zimbra users it is difficult to tell mo...

Auto add CC address to every outgoing mail for selected users?
Is there any option or Zimlet for Zimbra 8.8.5_GA_1894.RHEL7_64_20171026035615 to add always a pre-defined mail address to all outgoing mails for selected users?
I read a lot about BCC being possible, but this also only seems to be possible for all account of a server, but not for selected.

Periodically 502 Bad Gateway errors at Zimbra 8.8.5
We are running Zimbra 8.8.5_GA_1894.RHEL7_64_20171026035615 RHEL7_64 for some weeks and have using about 100-120 users Zimbra Webapp. once/twice a week, the server is getting very slow and finally shows Error 502 Bad Gateway. The log /opt/zimbra/log/nginx.log shows the following: [warn] 7378#0: *423...

Re: other person appointments showing up at user's calendar?!
Sorry, you are right, we are using 8.8.5_GA_1894.RHEL7_64_20171026035615 RHEL7_64 FOSS. However, I have checked, but no user who has actually created the appointments doesn't have write access to any calendar where the appointment shows up. Also at the logs, I couldn't find any special entry. Thank ...

They never was invited to such schedules. When I checked the appointments, the user's mail address is not listed as attendees. Any h...

No reply on emails send via the contact form at zimbra.org
We wrote multiple Emails at the zimbra.org contact form but never get any reply. Is there any magic we need to do the get someone repling us?
First I thought maybe the mails they send might reach our spam folder, but no, I checked it and I was waiting for a reply for about 2 month.
