Our zimbra server have a proper hostname and the IP address. The error is showing the hostname of the server where I'm executing php mail scripts.

No, We're not using any firewall/NAT setup in our server.

Hi Bill, Thanks for your assistance. Yes, Its a new server which I have configured last week . We want the domain name should look like mail.domainname.com. The issue happening from the initial stage onwards. Its works fine with the zimbra webmail application but not with the SMTP. Kindly assist me....
