I follow this guide but have the same error, follow @chris_60 post help me fix this error.

After all, the problem solved by modify DOS FILTER to fit with my system.

Usually, in Vietnam, we use app with interface Language is English but email writes in Vietnamese (also I don't see Vietnamese option available).
