Re: Filters not working for some users after upgrade to 8.8.8

Strange things... We have a filter (added to the filter list while creating the users so the same filter is present in all mailbox on our server) that matchs an header added to the emails from our SMTP server (Cisco IronPort): X-IronPort-Spam = True User which is reporting issues has the filter as t...

Filters not working for some users after upgrade to 8.8.8

Hi all, We just upgrade our 8.7.6 zimbra setup to 8.8.8_p3. After upgrade, seems that for some users mail filters are not honored and not executed when an incoming emails arrive. It happens only for some users (mine are working fine) and if we execute the same filter via web client (using "Run ...

Re: New Patches Available

Hi all. I just upgraded to 8.8.8 and installed patch1 on a multi-server staging environment on Oracle Linux 7. Installation instruction says to install the patch on all nodes so I started from LDAP/Mailstore server and everythings went fine then I tried to install on my MTA/Proxy server and yum gave...

Re: Insane cpu usage by zmmailboxd

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. The issue is definitively due to that email I talk about some posts ago: I sent it to users msquadrat for testing some times ago (to L. Mark Stone I sent it only today due to a misunderstading)... I would be courious to know if they has been able to reproduce the i...

Put Zimbra behind an arbitrary context.

Hi all, We need to install a new Zimbra FOSS and put the web client behind an arbitrary context, i.e. something like this: https://myhost.mydomain.tld/webmail Is this a supported or, at least, feasible setup? How we can reach this goal? We use apache as reverse proxy and I found a guide ( https://lo...

Re: Insane cpu usage by zmmailboxd

A collegue of mine made some deep investigations and he may have found the issue... We use z-push to allow our users to access to their mailbox through ActiveSync. Into the logs we noticed that one e-mail was causing a mailloop while syncing: It happens quite often but usually z-push is able to addr...

Re: zmmailboxdctl is not running + java "no valid keystore"

Same issue here, with a new install of 8.8.6_GA FOSS on Oracle Linux 7. I've followed the "Multi server installation guide": Do you think that those guidelines were "unusual"? Why? Just upgrading to 8.8.7_GA_1964 then I'll try to fix the keystore location. EDIT: I confirm, reloca...

Re: Insane cpu usage by zmmailboxd

... Just some minutes after reply to comradeTJH suggestion, I checked our servers monitor.... And the issue seems has been solved itself! I done last "zmmailboxdctl restart" on 15 Feb at 16:29:50 and, after that, CPU Load Average hasn't grow anymore, it keeps under 2. Nothing else was done...
