Did you try to copy your current .ZDB to a test file then rename it to .PST? I had tried that but it didn't work the first time, I think because I tried the wrong process, which was File -> Open & Export -> Import/Export -> Import From Another Program or File The way that did work was: File -> ...

Was able to work around this using by connecting to the second account with Exchange ActiveSync as opposed to IMAP. This will work, would be interesting to know if there is a fix using IMAP.
