Re: Mail server sending spam from zimbra@mydomain.com

I did clean and I did patch.
I just wondered if this 100% cpu would be related to this particular issue.
In any case, I killed it and restarted Zimbra yesterday. Everything seems normal so far.

Thank you for your help.

Re: Mail server sending spam from zimbra@mydomain.com

It's already been mentioned that you may have a compromised (i.e. hacked) server, read the thread that's been posted in the link earlier to confirm if it has or not. Yes. I already clean it following this link . My question now is about the cpuset thing. ps aux | grep cpuset: zimbra 9277 100 0.0 13...

Re: Mail server sending spam from zimbra@mydomain.com

Okay, I updated to 8.7.11_GA_3800.NETWORKING.

One question: I'm seeing a process that just says "[cpuset]" and it's consuming 100% of one of my cores. It's running for 71 min+ and I just restarted zimbra in order to update. Could this be related?

Mail server sending spam from zimbra@mydomain.com

I saw a lot of emails being sent from zimbra@mydomain.com to neplaceviata007@outlook.com. I don't have a mailbox called zimbra@mydomain.com. How is this possible? mail postfix/smtpd[5947]: NOQUEUE: filter: RCPT from localhost.localdomain[127.0.0.1]: <zimbra@mydomain.com>: Sender address triggers FIL...

Zimbra Dumpster question

Hi, quick question, just to make sure: Will all the items (including the ones not deleted) older than X days be deleted or just the ones my users deleted? https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Enable_and_operate_Zimbra_Dumpster Also, does it work for my version? $ zmcontrol -v Release 8.7.11_GA_1854.RHEL7_64...

Re: How to properly backup Zimbra?

Here's a little script I use. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Modify for your environment and test before using. In the event of disaster, just restore /opt/zimbra and copy data.mdb back to /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/mdb/db and set permissions. #!/bin/bash #Rsync Zimbra while still online...reduces...

How to properly backup Zimbra?

Currently I'm copying via rdiff-backup the Zimbra directory (/opt/zimbra) to another server. But is this a good way to back it up? I'm thinking on using Bacula instead, but I'm not sure.

ERR_TIMED_OUT to some networks but not to others

Hi everybody. Problem: I have a server that is acessible by some networks but not by others. I tried here in my PC and it won't connect, but it still shows me the certificate warning. After clicking to enter despite the warning, it keeps trying to establish secure conection and it gives me the error...
