I already have the new xml license file which includes the ZTalkAccountsLimit attribute.

Tried the command "zmprov fc license" but with no success.

If I issue the command "zmlicense -p" it right gives the "ZTalkAccountsLimit" attribute.

the IP you declared in "mynetworks" are a list of trusted remote SMTP clients allowed to relay mail through Postfix.

To better help you what are you trying to accomplish ?

Looking at the refusal message something goes wrong on authentication checks.

To better check could you provide some more details like sender domain / sender IP ?

at minimum to send mail to GMail users you have to publish an SPF record on your DNS, this is a form of authentication and allows the receiver to check that an email claiming to come from a specific domain comes from an authorized IP address.

Also you should implement DKIM on your server.
