It is good to finally have a resolution but makes one wonder if one long month of service interruption is really acceptable on mail services. I wouldn't have thought so. which version of java is supposed to be used? is there a procedure to follow to uninstall and install the correct version of java? sorry don't know I didn't do this by myself, this java packages are installed on my server. I didn't fix this problem but my friend is. Problem was wrong version of JAVA he changed to right version and DNS resolving which crashed before in former update. I just updated zimbra and have exactly the same problem. I can not login as user and when I want to acces admin web page I have white blank page.
