Hi All,

Suddenly happened in all Zimbra desktop systems failed to start ZD service config file not updated.We have reinstalled ZD after ZD is working fine.
Why this is suddenly happened and solution for this case apart from reinstall ZD.

Zimbra Desktop is unable to open suddenly and don't have .tgz export backup of Local folders(43GB).
How to get the Zimbra Desktop local folders data.Kindly help me on this issue.

Zimbra Desktop local folder data is copy to another profile and Local folder data emails are not showing.
there is no export (.tgz backup).Kindly help me on this issue the local folder data is around 7GB.
