Ok it finally did it again, I admit it has been awhile I used the kill command. It did print out a catalina.out file do you want me to post here. Also we have zimbra running under jboss and tomcat. let me know it this helps at all.

When this happens you can still access the web client you just can't pull any new emails into outlook or thunderbird. I will run the command you posted next time it happens. Thanks for the advice. I will post next time I get the problem

Not sure if this is the right place for this post. But recently I have to do a zmcontrol stop/start to get the mail server to respond. When I do a zmcontrol status everything looks fine. In the logs. Ok I've tried FireFox same issue.
I have another question. People on dial-up and some wireless are telling me that it is taking anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to check mail. Is this normal or is there something we can do to dramatically reduce this time.

Ok now listen to this. The same person can access zimbra from dial-up. Now she is using satelitte internet. So I thought maybe it was the satelitte but she has another computer in the house that uses satelitte and can access zimbra. I'm totally confused right now. She did say they got this error...

Ok I finally got what you ment by java script console.
Here are the errors
ZM Zimbra Mail.Run is not a function
ZM MSG is not defined
I18 n MSG is not defined
Illegal character.
She is emailing me all the warnings.

Go to advanced search
