8.8.15-p11 installed - yum update suggests installing more zimbra stuff??

I just completed installing the latest p11 on zimbra 8.8.15 - running on CentOS 7. [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmcontrol -v Release 8.8.15_GA_3829.RHEL7_64_20190718141144 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P11. After patching zimbra, I ran yum update to see if there were any important OS patches to apply befo...

Re: Zimbra 9 open source edition still compatible with zpush ?

I don't have the facilities to build a test zimbra 9 installation. But, if the soap*.txt docs haven't changed materially from 8.8.15 it should work.

Re: Email message after using Admin View Email

If I understand the question right, the only way to have your own mail active, and to be able to View Mail for another account at the same time is to open the Admin Console (and the other user's mail) in a different browser. 1. When you login a session cookie is created with an Auth Token for your a...

Re: Logrotate not processing nginx.access.log and nginx.log

I had suspected it might be Selinux and had turned off Enforcing to manually try to logrotate but it hadn't worked. I had given up on that being the issue. Perhaps nginx also needs to be restarted after the Selinux change for logrotate to be able to do it's thing on the files? Anyway, after setting ...

[SOLVED] Logrotate not processing nginx.access.log and nginx.log

Zimbra version: Release 8.8.15_GA_3829.RHEL7_64_20190718141144 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P7. (Upgraded all the way from 6.0) I recently discovered that /opt/zimbra/log/nginx.access.log and nginx.log are not being logrotated (with the first being multiple GB) - Can anyone spot what might be...

Re: Our Qualsys SSL Labs A+ server is now a B !

Zimbra version: Release 8.8.15_GA_3829.RHEL7_64_20190718141144 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P7. Just removing the TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 protocols raises it back up to an A+ without losing too many old clients. The zimbra nginx version will not support TLS v1.3. If, like here, you have TLS 1, 1.1,...

Our Qualsys SSL Labs A+ server is now a B !

Qualsys SSL Labs have updated their ratings engine (see blog posts - https://blog.qualys.com/ssllabs/2018/11/19/grade-change-for-tls-1-0-and-tls-1-1-protocols ), and now anything that supports TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 is automatically capped at a B grade. This WIKI article is now in serious need of an upd...

Re: Shared Calendars

It would depend on the capabilities of the client device, and the settings of z-push/zimbra backend. There is a file called zimbraMultiFolderUAs.php in the zimbra backend folder where you can add additional supported folder configurations for your device(s) - You need the UserAgent string for the de...
