You could check the cron prompt on what is running. Maybe a backup job to second disk.

Additional, Check admin login and maybe something like Zextras.com backup is installed.
Admin weblogin on <ip>:7071 Port.

Please be more specific. If I read your question correct you are installing Zimbra 9 FOSS but are asking support in the Zimbra Suite Plus section. Do you need help with Suite plus or Zimbra v9.

Performed an upgrade to v9.0 FOSS and Ubuntu18.04. All went well! Used the Zextras package. Great this resource is available. Thanks guys.
