When was this e-mail notice sent? I am only seeing this on the forum and I (as a NE user) cannot find any record of receiving this notice.

The backup (assuming its backing up all accounts and there were no errors) should be all that you need to get back up and running.
I usually include the most recent version of the Zimbra NE download and a few other directories (scripts and such) but that should do it.

I'm not sure what you've already tried but when we've seen this the following has worked (assuming you are able to take Zimbra down for a few minutes): zmcontrol shutdown ps -ef | grep zimbra (look for any stray zimbra processes which were not stopped by the shutdown and kill them manually) zmcontro...
