Use zimbra calendar without mailserver?

I'd imagine this could work, but the mail server would still be installed and running. You could set it so that each account is setup for automatic forwarding (so the Zimbra account forwards to your real account). The only caveat I can think of is you'd have to manage shares manually (i.e. a user wo...

Zimbra Collaboration Contest: Log Management

My environment isn't worth sharing yet! Sorry Jorge. I've only really done some log parsing for a couple logs - and not much of anything on the Kibana side of things.

Thanks though!

Zimbra Collaboration Contest: Log Management

My log management (with ELK) is not nearly worthy of being here yet. I've only really done much with the audit.log/maillog files. Would love to see the contest winners/runnersup/etc. though. Its definitely an area that I'd love to improve (but haven't had as much time for it as I'd like).

Add licenses to Zimbra Network 7.1.3

I would contact sales about that. The license should, as far as I'm aware, contain all your licenses not just the new ones.

Can't log with Advanced format

Have you changed your resolution recently? If your resolution is set too low, it will force you to the standard version.

JEERS

Yeah - I really can't stand the ginormous font for the message index. I can look at the old forum and see several dozen posts at once instead of the 4-5 I see at a time now. It makes it far more cumbersome to browse through quickly. I posted a lot on the old forums (not as much as many, but a decent...

Unable to send emails to vsnl ids

Have you checked if you are on any blacklists? http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check/ is a good site to check for those.

Can you provide the full log entries for one of those messages (redacting sender's addresses) from /var/log/maillog?

Mail going to Junk folder

If the action is "imap copy" then my best guess would definitely be that the an external client is moving these messages to spam. You wouldn't see imap copy if Zimbra were initially marking it as spam. As to the reportrecipient settings - its been so long since I've dealt with those, that ...

Mail going to Junk folder

Can you grep for the username and Junk in the mailbox.log file? Specifically something like the following (for a user named smithj): grep smithj mailbox.log | grep Junk Specifically, I'm looking for a statement like one of the following (IP address/server username redacted): 2014-08-28 09:09:59,156 ...

Mail going to Junk folder

Does the user have a third-party IMAP client (Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.) running? If so, is that client doing its own local spam filtering? If so turn it off. Client side spam filtering is more trouble than good. You can test this without getting the client involved by temporarily disabling IMAP ac...
