Just saw this - that's not the ldap password.
The ldap password can be retrieved via zmlocalconfig -s zimbra_ldap_password

run (as zimbra user) mysql.server start, and post any errors you get - for some reason, the sql daemon is never starting.

If the install went badly, the db initialization probably failed. Try the install again, after disabling the firewall, and it should work.
