I had this problem in the past and the solution for me was disable/enable in the Web Admin area, also you can change from Standard than auto-grouped, and then change again to Standard.



It fix for me my issue in the past, let us know.

Try to update to the last Patch 1 of Zimbra Collaboration 8.5.0 - http://www.zimbra.com/downloads/zimbra- ... pen-source
Do a zmcontrol restart after that and tell us if still happens.

If you are using Network Edition is very easy to do, if you are running Open Source Edition have other ways more complicated, please share with us the version that you are running:

zmcontrol -v
