There's a bug report for this (don't have the number handy but there is an almost identical stats thread where I posted it).
Its reported as fixed but I don't recall if it was for 6.0.6 or 6.0.7

Import contacts AND tags
To my knowledge I don't think this is possible. When contacts are exported, tag information is not preserved so I'd be surprised if there was a way to import it. There is a (rather old - last activity September 2007) request for enhancement for this in Bugzilla: Bug 13246 – csv file import doesn't p...

Tape backup / nas? What are you using? what software?
Doing backups via NetVault's BakBone software (weekly and daily incrementals). Backups are done to tape and the weekly backups are taken off site.
We're looking to do disk-to-disk backup with deduplication of some sort by the end of the year though.

stats remains stopped
We've had issues since 6.0.5 with permissions in the /opt/zimbra/zmstat directory. Make sure everything in that directory is owned by zimbra:zimbra and start stats again.

Some users dont appear in GAL
Hi Emrah,
Do they have "Hide in GAL" set in the Admin panel for the user themselves (General Information tab)?

[SOLVED] Spam filtering/reporting issues
Thanks to Ifran from Zimbra support I was able to resolve this. I'm putting the resolution here in case anyone else had or will have the same issue. Using: zmprov gacf | grep zimbraSpamHeader Shows us the default settings: zimbraSpamHeader: X-Spam-Flag zimbraSpamHeaderValue: YES I then set our exter...

6.0.2 Huge increase in disk usage?
Having this issue as well after the 5.0.19 to 6.0.5 upgrade. I've had to reduce the number of days our backups are on the system to a week (though I'm still backing up to tape).

Allow HTML compose but not for emails
bdial: The zmprov command is a solution but then I have to remember to run it every time I create a new user.
Unless you're going to be having a very small number of users, you might be better off having your user account creation scripted. This is one change you're making but more w...

Script to backup all Zimbra calendars
Hello all, In case anyone is interested, I've attached a small python script which will backup all calendars (excluding externally subscribed .ics calendars) for Zimbra users. We use this to keep backups of calendars for longer periods of time than our actual mail backups (since the calendar backups...

[SOLVED] Spam filtering/reporting issues
Hello all, We do spam filtering for Zimbra on an external system. Any mail that is marked by that external system as probably spam is placed (via a rule on the Zimbra side) in the user's Junk folder. Prior to the upgrade from 5.0.21 to 6.0.5 this worked great. When a user found a message a folder ot...
