Refresh tab with soap response

Into the administrator section, I'm in stuck with an action button.

Actually i can hide some DWT_GROUP and show a button using visibilityChecks.

Pressing the button, a soap call will made and i can update the attrs references.

How can i refresh the tab in order to show the new values?
