Are you using the ZCO or EAS?

imapd was some beta software, a "use at your own risk" package.
It never went GA, I really doubt its code was integrated in 9.0.

You should try disable it and use the standard way to deal with imap (maildboxd).

Looks like your customer doesn't know what is ZCS and how it works.

ZCS is "self contained". Like an appliance.

Hi all. You might have users experiencing "it's not syncing" issues with MS Outlook and ActiveSync today (maybe since yesterday). This is due to last MS Outlook upgrade. Current workaround is to remove last upgrade. Microsoft KB about it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/outlook-...

For him, it seems that when 2FA is re-activated, the old secret is used (not recreated).

So, what's the status of this?

You should open a case, as a paying customer you can do so.
Please ask them (the support team) to update the wiki/documentation with the answer.
