Re: Updating Old Versions of Ubuntu and Zimbra

Okay, I've solved the LDAP issue I had earlier. I backed up the LDAP folders per the Zimbra documentation mentioned in that thread. https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Ubuntu_Upgrades#Upgrade_Ubuntu_14.x_to_Ubuntu_16.x_and_update_ZCS_8.7_&_above I then used these instructions: https://computingforgeeks...

Re: Updating Old Versions of Ubuntu and Zimbra

I rolled the snapshot back to 14.06 and installed the 14.06 version of 8.8.15. It worked well on my LDAP and MT\proxy servers, but my mailboxes are now freaking out about a version of zimbra-jetty-distribution dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of zimbra-store: zimbra-store depends on z...

Re: Updating Old Versions of Ubuntu and Zimbra

I downloaded 8.8.15 instead of 8.8.12 and the installation succeeded, but LDAP won't start. :-\ Mar 26 11:02:29 Zimbra8-LDAP1 slapd[2203]: @(#) $OpenLDAP: slapd 2.4.59 (Jul 7 2021 22:26:24) $#012#011openldap Mar 26 11:02:29 Zimbra8-LDAP1 slapd[2203]: olcSuffix: value #0: <olcSuffix> namingContext &q...

Re: Updating Old Versions of Ubuntu and Zimbra

I followed those directions, but am getting an error: root@Zimbra8-LDAP1:~/zcs-8.8.12_GA_3794.UBUNTU16_64.20190329045002# cat /tmp/install.log.670Peetw Reading package lists... Re: Updating Old Versions of Ubuntu and Zimbra

I see a 14.04 download on the 8.8.15 page ( https://www.zimbra.com/downloads/zimbra ... en-source/ ), so I'm not sure where I got that idea from before that Ubuntu had to go first.

Please confirm.

Forward instead of Redirect

I've searched Google, but was unsuccessful in finding what I needed. How can I get Zimbra to forward (not redirect) email to a given account? Can I get a distribution list to rewrite the from? I checked in the UI and CLI and didn't see much of help, but I'm by no means an expert at it. THe problem i...

Disabled Anti-SPAM for One Mailbox?

Are there any methods to enable\disable anti-SPAM for one mailbox? I have a mailbox that I recently logged into. 32k unread emails. 0 in the Junk folder. All of the ones I've seen so far in the inbox of that one mailbox are indeed junk. Other mailboxes on the server are processing junk as one would ...
