I'm trying to import accounts from an Openldap Server but I've noticed that the Migration Wizard uses the "mail" attribute on the external base to create the accounts. Is there any way to change it? For instance, I  want to create the accounts based on the uid attribute.

We need to keep the Zimbra Ldap synced with our external LDAP base. I mean, when a user is changed in the external based it is also updated in the Zimbra base. Is there any way to accomplish this?

I think it would work and the only change you should apply is the LMDB backend instead of the HASH backend. I would also check if postfix_transport_maps was integrated in the zmprov configuration.
