[SOLVED] Error : You can't use locks with log tables (after upgrade to ZCS OSE 7)
[quote user="11432fab"]I don't see this as a real MySQL bug, it's just a warning message from the MySQL db engine telling that you can't lock a table whose type (engine) is CSV. I guess Zimbra should either filter the output of zmdbintegrityreport or avoid checking those tables; another vi...

migrating active directory users
Hi! Same situation for me with phone numbers etc. Were you be able to solve it? How?! :) Other thing that is happening to me is that I'm not being able to migrate user grups. No matter how I build the ldap query using the migration wizard, user grups are just not migrated. Did you face something lik...

Trusting self-signed certificates
Hi! Finally it did work! :) I was making a silly mistake. The certificate is valid for *.domain.local so if I try to connect to one of the Zimbra servers like zimbra1.domain.local using "zimbra1" it will warns me, if I use the FQDN for which the certificate is issued (here is why my mistak...

Trusting self-signed certificates
Hi, This solution is not working for me, do you happen to know what may be happening? I can see the self-signed certificate in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store but the "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" is still showing. I wan't to solve this prob...

Migrating to ZCS from Exchange / Split Domain
Hi, This guide looks really cool :) Thanks a lot. I will give it a try today if possible!!! I also was thinking about the possibility of using a SMTP connector in Exchange to redirect all e-mail to the secondary Zimbra server even when the user exists in Exchange...I will also try that as I really w...

Migrating to ZCS from Exchange / Split Domain
Hi,
Thanks for your quick response! So I won't be able to have the user in Exchange and in Zimbra at the same time
Nothing wrong with the wizard, but I read that it doesn't migrate user rules nor public folders and other objects. Is this correct?
Thanks again,
pup_seba

Migrating to ZCS from Exchange / Split Domain
Hi, After reviewing this guide Split domain with Exchange 2003 as Primary - Zimbra :: Wiki I noticed that split domain works in a way that Exchange being the primary mail host (that's the way it should be for my scenario), and the new ZCS being the secondary server, Exchange will forward the e-mails...

Hyperic plugin
Hi, I'm facing some issues configuring Hyperic Open Source 4.6.6 with Zimbra 8.0.4. Do any of you guys have tried it? I see in the documentation that this plugin is aimed up to version 6 of Zimbra... The thing is that I just can't see any metrics for queues...mostly, all I see are main services (mys...

Zimbra sizing tool
Hi, After speaking with VMware, they told me that they no longer provide a sizing tool. The reason for this is that the one they used to provide (an excel file) was developed for physical enviroments. So...for making my sizing I gave them the information and they gave me back the hardware requiremen...

Zimbra sizing tool
Hi, Does anyone know a Zimbra sizing tool? I need to make the correct estimations for independent roles in a big deployment (+15000 users) and I would like to use some proper tool to do it so I can have the right vcpu, vram, vnic, etc configuration for the desired amount of proxy servers, mailbox se...
