How to prevent external parties from using our distribution list?
We notice that recently, some hackers start to send email to everyone@mydomain.com. Is it possible to reserve our distribution list only for internal users and block external users?

I got more details why gmail is blocking us. It appears that gmail has quota for every domains. Once this quota is reached, gmail will block further email from coming in until the next day. Is gmail blocking zimbra?
We realize that all our hosted domains email send to google gmail will not get delivered. Yet we are not blacklisted by google and there is no email bounces as well. Anyone else encounter this issue? How can we contact google to investigate their email servers?

Thanks! So the vulnerable can only happen thru web request and not SSH or any other services? Unfortunately our Ubuntu 8 no longer has any update, less for Bash.
