The second time you installed, when it gave you no errors, Zimbra didn't do an upgrade, it just flushed the system. There is no way to recover afaik. my opinion is you need to go back to your non-working backup. its not fun to recover once you've had a failed installation.
hit the backup, fix the ldap authentication, and then upgrade again.

FYI,*http://bugzilla.zimbra.com:8080/vie...Log.java?r=1.11* doesn't seem to be working anymore. I'm trying to log IMAP DEBUG.* I added*log4j.logger.zimbra.imap=DEBUG to log4j.properties, but i'd really like it if this info wouldn't go into zimbra.log. is there a way to put it in a separate log file?...

FYI, we had a user upgrade to office 2007 beta today; zimbra connector appears to be working correctly. Its only been a few minutes though.
