Hi, I had the same issue about a month ago. I opened a ticket with Zimbra support and they activated the license on their side. After a few hours the licence resulted as activated on my server. They solved the issue within 24 hours.

Thanks for the hint, I searched in support portal and yes, it is the same problem reported in that ZRFE.

In conclusion this is confirmed as an unsupported feature.
