If you change the password on the server, you have to re-enter it on your clients. That's the whole point of changing your password.

Yup.
If RBLs are enabled in postfix, they'll get blocked before amavis sees the email, and amavis is where you do the whitelisting.

Set it to whatever you want; you should probably exempt this from the password aging, though, since that's going to break things next time it expires.
