Yes, it should be fine to upgrade. and don't forget to take a backup before you do the upgrade.

Zimbra isn't providing OSS build anymore.

The Reverse DNS for your ISP provided IP address is usually provided by your ISP, you should contact them first.

You can upgrade to the Zextras 9 FOSS version without problems or you can download a build from one the sites provided by forum members (do a search for those).
