I can confirm that replacing the USER/GROUP for the 2 affected logs has fixed the issue for my server.
Logs have been rotating correctly since the change was made.

I am not aware of any 50 item limit.
What phone is it ?
How many days back have you set it to sync for ?

For starters, please describe how you set this up.
Is z-push on the same server as zimbra ?
What http port is zimbra listening on ?
Can you "wget http://mail.domain.com.br" from the z-push folder ?

Most likely you have made a mistake in defining your zimbra server - in config.php
